FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Under these conditions there is no fee to cancel as long as we are informed at latest the night before your rental day.  You will be credited and be able to select another day that is available for the delivery within a 6 month period. Once we load the product the morning of the rental day and start delivery, if at this time you decide to cancel, your deposit will not be refunded and there will be no credit for a rescheduled booking as we have to pay for the scheduled wages that would have been needed to fulfill your delivery.

PARTY VISTA reserves the right to cancel your delivery, at full refund, in the event of unsafe weather conditions such as thunderstorms or high wind forecasts.

Yes.  Prices include delivery, set up, sanitize and takedown.

No.  Many other inflatable rental companies have hidden fees regarding water rentals.  Our prices are what they are, no hidden fees.

Yes.  Electrical needs and water usage is at the supply and cost of the renter.  PARTY VISTA provides the proper extension cord needed to run our equipment and this is included in your rental cost.  If your inflatable has a water option, and you wish to use that option, please ensure you have a hose long enough to reach the inflatable.  Regarding electrical needs, PARTY VISTA will provide a 50ft long extension cord.  If your inflatable requires a power source to reach further than 50ft, please check into renting one of our generators.

Our delivery team will need some space to park and unload our inflatables, they are LARGE!  A truck with an attached trailer or cargo van will arrive on the day of your rental.  Please ensure the road has a nearby parking area or, if you have a driveway, that it is available for our delivery team.  Inflatables require a relatively flat surface in order to ensure safe operation.  Please ensure you have a safe spot for the delivery, that the area meets the size requirements and is clear of any items, debris or pet litter.  Once the area is deemed safe for set up, our delivery team will have you sign our waiver, take any remaining payment owed, and then unload the product and set everything up for you and your guests to have some fun!

Please note that a failure to ensure the above mentioned is completed may result in your rental not being set up and would be considered a late cancellation of your booking. 

We emphasize the importance on making sure your yard is the right size for your selected inflatable.

Yes.  A general liability waiver will need to be signed before the rental is set up.  This is a generic practice nearly every legitimate business needs to do where activity and a risk of injury is involved.  It's simple, honest and upfront.

Rentals are guaranteed for a minimum of 5 hours between the hours of 7am to 6pm.  This means that your purchase guarantees a minimum of 5 hours of rental, however as a customer service gesture PARTY VISTA will aim to deliver our products as early as possible and to collect them as late as possible, depending on the amount of rentals being delivered and collected that day.  This means that more often than not, your rental time will exceed the 5 hours guaranteed in your rental.  If there is a specific time frame you are looking to have the rental for, please let us know at time of booking so we can accommodate your needs. 

Regarding our multi day rentals for customers who want to rent a product for multiple consecutive days, PARTY VISTA will only allow multiple day rentals for customers where the rental is placed in a fully fenced in backyard (NO EXCEPTIONS)

You need a minimum of 3 feet EXTRA on top of the dimensions for an inflatable to account for space around the perimeter of the inflatable. So if your inflatable rental is 14ft wide x 21ft long, you would require a space at MINIMUM of 20ft wide x 27ft long.  This is for safety reasons.

The inflatable is required to remain on at any time the inflatable is being used to ensure it remains inflated for safety reasons.   For multiple day rentals we ask that you turn the inflatable off during the hours when the rental is not being used.

PARTY VISTA will provide the proper extension cords needed for event rental.  We need a standard 20 amp outlet to plug our blowers into.

 Cash is the most preferred payment type.  E-transfer, debit and Credit Card are also accepted.

Yes.  A $50 deposit is required for any of our rental products.  The remaining amount owed can be paid at time of delivery prior to the product being unloaded.

If you cancel due to inclement weather such as high winds, rain or thunderstorms that are predicted on the day of your rental, as long as it is done, by latest, the night before the day of rental, you get a full credit towards a rescheduling of your rental booking within a 6 month period.   Cancellations the day of your rental will not be credited or refunded as we have hired the staff scheduled for your delivery.

If you cancel 7 days or closer to the date of your rental, unless it is due to high winds, rain or thunderstorms predicted on the date of your event, it will be considered a late cancellation and your deposit will be lost.  Please understand that we were turning away customers looking to rent your choice of inflatable for that specific day because you booked it first!  🙂

You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units.  We understand our products will wear over time, and this wear is expected and planned for.  If you notice damage that seems to be from normal wear and tear please let us know so we can remedy the situation.

If damage occurs due to the failure to follow the products safety rules or negligence, including but not limited to: (i.e. not turning the blower off in the event the weather unexpectantly turns to winds 15mph or higher or thunderstorms, wearing shoes or jewelry on the inflatable, turning off the blower while still using the inflatable, moving the equipment, rental users carrying foreign objects (especially sharp ones) not included in the rental onto the inflatables, carrying hot objects such as cigars or from any other type of heat source onto or near the inflatables, or not following the recommended amount of users at one time) you will be responsible for damages.

If you require a generator we have generators you can rent that will sufficiently meet our inflatable power requirements.

Yes. We have a minimum order amount of $150, before tax, to cover costs of product delivery.

No.  The licensing requirements for these public events is different compared to the requirements needed for renting to private homes.  This does not reflect on the quality of our product as we hold our product to the highest of standards.  It just means that in order to operate in public events such as charity fundraisers or fairs, we need to register for different government licensing and regulatory requirements.  We are undertaking the necessary licensing requirements to operate public events in the future and will notify our customers when these licensing requirements have been attained.
